An email marketing campaign, designed to personalise information to recipients and allow the sender to track mail and analyse the results.
The email campaign was set-up and developed, using Premiere Global Services software 'messageREACH', to send out personalised financial information from Citibank's CitiFlow system. The emails were sent to subscription-based clients and Citibank was able to track the emails and passively monitor the area of interest to each recipient.
