An interactive website and CD-ROM based guide to programme and project management for the Office of Public Services Reform (OPSR).
The project was part of the Cabinet Office's 'Improving project and program delivery' (IPPD) initiative, available online and on CD-ROM. Spread over 35 pages, the guide was aimed at policy developers and those responsible for delivering policy outcomes, such as police chiefs and project managers.
The guide introduced the principles and concepts of programme and project management, providing a helpful summary of the key stages and management activities required for delivering successful outcomes.
Designed to conform to the specific style rules of the wider IPPD website and meet UK government standards, eGif.
The following lists the various roles, skills and responsibilities involved in producing this project, alongside details of certification and awards achieved, standards followed, association memberships, applications and computer languages used, network infrastructures and mentions in press and publications.
